Welcome to the final assignment of the Leadership Development Program! This is a short one so that you can continue exploring your own interests while we still have access to this content. I encourage you to check out the Optional Resources at the bottom of the assignment page or your own personal interests.If you go to the library and search for Skill Benchmarks, you can do your own self-assessments or retake those you took before to see how you've improved. Note: There is a 2-week wait period before you can retake those, so get in there before 2/27 if you want another stab at it before we close.There are some terrific, downloadable resources & job aids in most courses.
